Duncanville Economic Development

Jessica James has 17 years of municipal management experience in economic development and marketing. She has attained successes in areas including: Business Retention and Expansion, Business Attraction, Retail Enhancement, Residential Development, Strategic Planning, Community Branding, Community Outreach, and Tourism. Jessica has gained comprehensive experience in economic development and marketing while working for the Cities of Denton, Graham, Richardson and Cleburne. She graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and Applied Economics. Jessica is married and has four children. She enjoys fishing, hunting, showing horses, and spending time with her family.
