Last week we kicked off the Rotary Club of Canton's "soft start" to our "In-Person Rotary Meetings" as an opportunity for members to get together, socialize, and watch the Zoom Meeting together. I am happy to say we had a 600% increase in attendance compared to the previous week (Editor's note: not so sure that math is correct)! The six of us brought our own lunch and it felt great to see my fellow Rotarians in person, although socially distanced! There were a couple of minor hiccups, but I think we have them ironed out going forward. This week we are again meeting at Sanctuary Golf Course in the pavilion, and the course will generously be providing a box lunch and drink to us at no charge. The box lunch will include a sandwich, chips, and a drink. If we get more than 20 attendees who RSVP by Wednesday, I will provide a desert as well.
