Mark Clendenin is the Northern Ohio Regional Business Development Manager for The Ohio Bureau of Workers Compensation. He serves as an ambassador for the CEO/Administrator, John Logue, and works with employers that could substantially benefit from BWC’s safety and claims - management services.  Mark has more than 30 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. His background encompasses nearly every aspect of the industry, including risk management, public and private accounting, manufacturing, construction, financial services, and teaching. He has been a guest speaker throughout Northeast Ohio, and speaks annually to groups that include The Ohio Society of CPAs, The Ohio Mayor’s Conference, Rotary International, Chambers of Commerce, area safety councils, The Ohio Safety Congress & Expo, and other civic and professional organizations. Mark has served on the board of the Stark County Hunger Task Force, the Greater Stark County Urban League, and the Rotary Club of Canton, Ohio, and has been an active member of Rotary International, Chamber of Commerce, Habitat for Humanity, Akron Canton Food Bank and Walsh University.  Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Walsh University in North Canton, Ohio, as well as a Master in Public Administration from Kent State University in Kent, Ohio where he was inducted into the Pi Alpha Alpha MPA Honor Society. Mark has made it his mission to work passionately to assist organizations in identifying workable solutions to business concerns through collaboration with decision makers.
