At our Zoom meeting on January 15, 2021, President Drew Pelger opened the meeting by 'virtually' welcoming a total of 27 Canton Rotarians, as well as our speaker, Carol Risaliti, and Pete Kopko, guest of Don Sultzbach,
Club Secretary Paula Mastroianni presented some interesting historical facts for the day, including the following Rotary Fun Fact: In 1989 the Rotary Council of Legislation removed the provision that Rotary was for males only.
Paula also received "Happy Bucks" from Becky Clark and Darin Nissley.
President Drew made the following announcements:
- Announced that he will be working on the next in-person Rotary meeting;
- Stated that he had taken advantage of his Canton Rotary Brew Card over the weekend;
- Found a bunch of one dollar bills in his brief case (happy bucks from a previous Rotary meeting)
Past President Michelle Charles gave an updated report on this year's "Pack the Bus" project. Bill Maddox complimented Michelle Charles for her work on the "Pack the Bus" project.
Secretary Paul Mastroianni introduced our speaker, Carol Risaliti from Beacon Charitable Pharmacy.
