Music and Poetry

Tim has been dabbling in poetry most of his post pubescent life, but has now taken to writing with fervor as a means of release, education, and examination of his internal demons. His poetry has been called "provocative", which he interprets as a commentary on his use of no holds barred language as well as his desire to touch the souls of others by baring his own.

Most recently he has been experimenting with the combining of his love of music and spoken word, finding ways to combine and intertwine the two art forms.

For the past four years Tim has been able to express his love of performance art by hosting the monthly open mic at The Canterbury Theatre every First Friday at 8:00PM as well as the annual open mic held at The Lubeznik Center for the Arts typically in January.  He feels honored and privileged to be able to support and promote the amazing talent in the area.  He also views this as a means of supporting the effort to make Michigan City a destination for those seeking art and cultural experiences.
