Painting at Van Riper service project

What to bring:

Work clothes
Gloves – work if possible otherwise – Latex.  If latex, several pairs
Dust mask or disposable Covid mask
Lawn chair – there is nowhere to sit except on the ground
Paint scraper – sand paper/electric sander
Broom/dust pan

What needs to be done:

1. Exterior south side of property (laundry area)

2. Garage door plywood replacement and paint as needed

3. any other exposed wood that can be scraped and painted around the rest of the building

4. if we have volunteers that would like to do interior cleaning that is an option as well

Other Info:

Depending on how many volunteers attend, there is other work that can be done.

The house which is filled with debris, so we can work inside to help clean it up.(sweeping)

Keep in mind that there are no bathroom facilities at Van Riper. 
Those needing facilities will have to run home, or Target is nearby)
