speaking on: "The Unexpected"

The presentation will explore how President Abraham Lincoln, a man who had barely held a rifle during his experience in the Black Hawk War, was tasked with the challenge of being our commander in chief during the American Civil War.  Though limited in his own military career, he was confronted with guiding strategy as well as finding competent officers and allowing them to use their knowledge to bring about victory.
