District Governor Greg Coldwell visit the clubs in Newfoundland & Labrador as he begins the Rotary 2013-14 year!!
 
District Governor Greg Coldwell visited Grand Falls-Windsor, NL over the past 48 hours.  During his visit, he saw our Rotary Community Park, met with the board of directors and today joined our Rotary Club for lunch.
 
During this lunch we address our membership on "Embracing Rotary, Changing Lives", encouraging each and everyone of us to keep up the great work that us as Rotarians do not only in our local comunity but around the globe!!
 
The District Governor, joined by our Assistant Governor, Mark Linehan presented Past President Rotarian Paul Howard with the True Rotarian Award for the 2013-14 Year!!!  Paul very graciously and humbly excepted this much deserving award.

During his visit DG Greg also presented Sabrina Andrews with one of 2 District Scholarships for $2500.00.  Congrats Sabrina on a long list of achievements!!! Rotary is pretty certain it will be seeing more of you in the future!!!

To conclude this luncheon, our Rotary Club presented the DG with our club banner and of course, our famous Rotary Can of Soup!!!  Thank you all who came out and enjoyed this great informative luncheon!!
