Rotary and Masonic connections, do they exist

D. Garry Dowling, Past Grand Master The Grand Lodge of Canada in the Province of Ontario. M.W. Bro. Garry Dowling was born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba where he graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in 1969.

He has participated in the London Community with service to Scouts Canada and the Oakridge Optimist Minor Soccer program. Garry was employed as a Business Systems Analyst in the information systems field, until his retirement in September of 2009.

Garry is a Life Member of Kilwinning Masonic Lodge No. 64, having been initiated in 1979, where he was  Worshipful Master in 1987, then London East as District Deputy Grand Master in 1994-1995. Garry was elected as Deputy Grand Master for Grand Lodge in the Province of Ontario in July 2009 and served as Grand Master from 2011 to 2013.
