Equally comfortable working with large scale businesses or on grass roots community initiatives, Justin is a strategic thinker with a passion for data-driven organizing and communication technologies. As the Business Advisor for Rise Asset Development in London, Justin manages Rise’s loan portfolio for Southwestern Ontario, helping clients to access the loan fund and launch or grow their businesses.

Rise, with the support of the Rotman School of Management and the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH), provides microfinancing and mentorship to men and women living with mental illness and addictions who are interested in pursuing self-employment. The Rotman School and CAMH participate in advisory functions, lending their respective expertise for business mentoring and mental health supports and services to the benefit of Rise clients.​
