2016 Lobsterfest Raises Over $12,500 for Local Charities!

The Littleton Rotary Club’s 44th Annual Lobsterfest occurred on October 15, 2016 at the Bretton Woods Base Lodge. The weather cooperated, with clear skies and seasonable temperatures which proved perfect for enjoying the gorgeous fall colors. Most of the menu—lobster or steak, baked potato, cole slaw, chowder, brownie sundaes—remained identical to that from previous years. The club did, however, elect to replace steamers with shrimp cocktail. The change appears to have been well-received by attendees.

 

The basket and 50/50 raffles again proved to be a popular component of the event, with numerous unique prizes being awarded.

 

Thanks to those who attended, along with the Rotarians who advertised the event, sold tickets, and volunteered, the 2016 Lobsterfest raised over $12,500.00 for local charities.
