Texas Health and Human Services Commission - Employing People with Disabilities is Good Business

In this presentation, Mr. Chamberlain will share information with Rotarians about the Texas Health and Human Services Commission / DADS Employment Recruitment Coordinator project and benefits to businesses of hiring persons with disabilities in the form of productivity, reliability, low turnover rates, commitment and strategic scheduling to meet peak demand periods in the business. Mr. Chamberlain will also share a short DADS video and discuss the opportunity to be a supporting employer via the participation form which can produce free publicity for businesses on the DADS website and information for job seeking individuals.
