Reed Moulds is a managing director for Sand Hill Property Company.  He currently is serving as the Project Executive for the revitalization of  Vallco in Cupertino. Reed will discuss the history of Vallco, Sand Hill Property Co.’s recent six month community engagement and feedback process and the future of Vallco.
