Andy Huang spent 25 years as an engineer, started his own company, managed it as a CEO, and sold it by merger. In memory of his mother who died of cancer, Andy donated most of his merger proceeds to charity for cancer research and went back to medical school. Dr. Huang hold the following degrees: BS in Electrical Engineering, MS in Computer Engineering, MS in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Doctorate in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and CSS from the Harvard Executive Education Program.

Dr. Huang has dedicated the last seven years in research and development of a complementary and alternative treatment for cancer with natural plants. He is a very active volunteer in his community. He is a block leader, CERT member, was Chair of the Cupertino Public Safety Commission, a Santa Clara County medical volunteer for disaster response, amateur radio emergency service and American Red Cross first aid service team. For his community work, Andy has received the  city’s CREST award and the President’s Volunteer Service Award (Gold). In 2014, Andy was a candidate for the Cupertino City Council.

Andy has a patent pending in his field, was on the cover of Acupuncture Today, and has appeared in World Journal News, Sing Tao News, San Jose Mercury-News and well as Bay Area radio and TV stations. He is married to Isabel and they have two sons in college.
