The Rotary Leadership Institute is a grassroots, multi-district leadership development program whose mission is to strengthen Rotary clubs through quality leadership education. The mission of the District 5500 Rotary Leadership Institute is to provide an up-to-date, practical, and user-friendly educational opportunity in a convenient online or in-person format. Courses are provided to foster leadership skills and Rotary knowledge with the intent to inspire club members to be enthusiastic, informed, creative and dedicated leaders.
