2017 Harrison Rally Day Parade
 
 
The Brig US Niagara is going to set sail again!!  
 
Join us for the 2017 Harrison Rally Day Parade on September 16, 2017.  We are in need of volunteers for this event to help with our float, walk the parade, and a pick up truck to pull the float.  Below is a detailed list of opportunities on how to get involved!!
 
  • Walk or ride in this year’s Harrison Rally Day Parade on Saturday 9/16/17.
  • Provide full size pick-up truck that can pull the float on 9/16/17.
  • Bring a bag of candy to a meeting on or before 9/15/17 that we can pass out during parade.
  • I have a business that has a booth at Harrison Rally Day and would like a sign that says “A Perrysburg Rotarian Works Here” or “Business Owned by a Perrysburg Rotarian.”
Please contact President Elect Alison Frye or Ashley Lopez to sign up for one or more of the opportunities above or stop by the Sergeant at Arms table at the next meeting to sign up!
 
 
 
 
Jessica Hover, Social Events Director at American Heart Association.  Ms. Hover has been proposed for membership by Alison Frye and approved by the Board of Directors.  Ms. Hover’s proposed classification will be Associations - Non-profit.  Barring an objection in writing from a member submitted to the club secretary by Friday, August 25th, Ms. Hover will be inducted into membership upon payment of dues and attendance at a new member orientation session.
 
Rotary After Hours
 

Join us on Monday, August 28th, for our monthly Rotary After Hours!!  We will be gathering from 5 pm - 7 pm at Nagoya Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi for food, fun, and fellowship.  This event is open for Perrysburg Rotarians and their invited guests.  If you have questions regarding this event, please contact Ashley Lopez. 

 

Plead the 5th (The Perrysburg Rotary Band)

Plead the Fifth, The Perrysburg Rotary Band, had the fabulous opportunity of playing at the Northwest Ohio Rib Off this past weekend!  This is their second gig since playing at Charter Night in June.  Their next performance is scheduled for the 2017 Perrysburg Rotary Holiday Party on December 8th!!
