Please mark your calendars for February 11th, 2019, for a fabulous business luncheon, to be held from   11:30 -1:00 at the wonderful McCormick & Schmick’s restaurant located in Uptown Park.  

 

You do not need to be a member of the Rotary Club of Houston to attend, and please feel free to invite your colleagues!  Note: Non-Rotarians must be registered on the Power Networking Lunch Invite as the fee is $35.00 for Non-Rotarians and $25.00 for Rotarians.

 

The purpose of our Power Networking Lunch is to:

Please join us for a truly enjoyable presentation by Daren Dahmer, Senior VP at Merrill Lynch, as he walks us through the world of finances and investments, in an easily understood manner.  With the stock market all over the place, and changing international trade deals, this very informative event is not to be missed.  Daren will discuss the current economic situation and how to build a “Do It Yourself” financial plan.  You will find out who the various economic indicators effect, where these indicators come from, and just why they are so important to you! 
 
Daren joined Merrill Lynch in 1996 and has been a financial advisor for over 25 years.  HE graduated from Texas A&M with an Economics degree and spent 4 year in the Corps of Cadets as 2nd in command of his military outfit on an ROTC scholarship. He holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM certification awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. and is a Level 2 Chartered Financial Analyst candidate. He is a Senior Vice President  and a Senior  Portfolio Manager . He focuses on investment analytics,,financial planning, trust management and helping business owners maximize the value of their business, sell or transfer ownership of the business  and establish a legacy for themselves and their families.
 
He has been  married for 23 years and has three children in college!!!
