2015 Chili Chowder and Chocolate Cook Off at YMCA

The Westfield YMCA's 2015 Chili, Chowder and Chocolate Off (Chili Division) was won for the 2nd year in a row by the Westfield Rotary Club. Stiff competition was received from the Westfield Police Department (2nd Place) and Allessios (3rd place).
