Paul Harris Felowship Recognition

President Elect Ed Bedient presents Rotarian Jean Kovach with a Paul Harris Fellowship pin. This pin recognizes Jean's second Paul Harris award. In her brief comments, Rotarian Jean indicated the The Rotary Foundation was her charity of choice. Her reasons were the extremely low overhead -- administrative -- costs, The Rotary Foundation grant dollars supported the mission of world understanding, peace and goodwill, and the grants were developed and controlled by local Rotary clubs.
