October 29 will be a Rotary Means Business event at LaRosa's restaurant, Barnard Street, Andover with guest speaker Paul LaRosa, owner and entrepreneur. He will speak on opening a business in Andover and navigating both the economy and all of the logistics to creating a sustainable local business. We will be charging a nominal fee, in which 100% of proceeds will go to fight Polio.
