Not too long ago, members of the Rotary Club of Colorado Springs took to the streets, armed with video cameras, a pop quiz and a vision of updating their century-old service club.
The third question - "What is Rotary?" - was a stumper.
"We asked people three different questions. One, 'Are you able to name the Kardashian sisters?' A high percentage knew that. Two, 'Could you name the governor of Colorado?" That was probably about 50-50," Rotary member Jason Aguilar said.
