WELCOME LINDA DRAKE
At our meeting on October 12, 2023 members welcomed our newest member, Linda Drake.

Linda Drake is a seasoned entrepreneur, corporate executive and Certified Executive Business
Coach. As the Chief Pathfinder and Founder of Trailblazer Advisors, (now Drake Executive
Coaching) she helps business leaders identify opportunities for success with an emphasis on
developing Emerging Leaders. Using varied tools that increase insight and self-awareness, she
concentrates her laser-focused coaching style to guide clients at any stage of the business lifecycle.
Linda was the founder of TCIM Services, a global information services company headquartered on
the east coast. For 25 years, the company provided international business process outsourcing for
customer service, database management and quality assurance to Fortune 100 corporations. The
company, winner of the State Quality Award, achieved ISO 9001 registration, the first company of
its kind to do so, worldwide. A certified woman-owned business, the company also received the
Better Business Bureau Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics.

Linda is the recipient of numerous state and national awards, including Entrepreneurial
Woman of the Year, the Philadelphia Business Journal Women of Distinction Award, Ernst &
Young’s Delaware Valley Entrepreneur of the Year, and the coveted Pioneer Award from PACE,
the Professional Association for Customer Engagement. She also won the Women Impacting
Public Policy (WIPP) Member of the Year Award for leadership as Membership Chair for this
nationwide organization.
For her professional and leadership efforts, she was awarded the Alliance of Professional Women’s
Trailblazer Award for leadership in the state. Ms. Drake served for 12 years on the Board of
Directors for a publicly traded financial institution and for 15 years on the Board of the State
Chamber of Commerce in Delaware. Linda continues to actively support professional organizations
including the International Coaching Federation, the American Heart Association and United Way
of Tucson and Southern Arizona where she serves on the Board and the Executive Committee.
Linda graduated magna cum laude from Kent State University with a B.S. in Education and
continued graduate studies in Communications at the University of Massachusetts. She is the proud
mother of two fine sons.
