Anne has been a nurse educator for 40+ years. She also climbed the academic leadership ladder from program director to Dean to Executive Dean to College President. Anne continues to teach online in a doctoral program and serve as an independent consultant for higher education.

She and husband Duane are snowbirds, splitting their time between Germantown, WI and SaddleBrooke Ranch. They have 4 grown children and 6 amazing grandchildren, all living in Wisconsin, hence they continue to be snowbirds.
