As you may be aware, Jim and Janet Fry's son, Steven died last month. Jim returned to the Rotary Club of SaddleBrooke today and spoke to the club. He and Janet are very appreciative of the support they have received during this very difficult time.
Today Jim suggested that if anyone is interested in giving a memorial in Steven's honor that donations to the SaddleBrooke Rotary Club Foundation are in order. Jim and Janet will match any donation made until February 1, 2024. Below is what Jim wrote after his death:
“It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved son, Steven on December 3. He was a wonderful son, brother, father and friend to so many. He had so many talents which he happily shared with others. His love of the Olympic Mountains and pretty much anywhere else outdoors was evident throughout his life, where he was truly the happiest. He is remembered for his adventurous spirit, limitless mechanical talents and easy laugh. He will be greatly missed by his many friends and close family.”
