The Membership Committee is beginning to work on an action plan to support Rotary International's "Each One Bring One" membership recruitment campaign.  During the upcoming weeks we will be meeting to put together a new effort for the year.

This has been an exciting and busy summer for the Membership Committee.  We have inducted five new members since the 3rd of June.  I’m sorry to report that Judy Miller, one of those new members has had to resign as she is selling her villa at the Ranch and moving to Kentucky where her children live as they want her closer to them.

Currently we have three new applications for membership that have been approved by both the Board and Membership Committee; they are Linda Chase and John and Linda Howard.  In the coming weeks we will be inducting these new members.

Linda Chase

Linda is a resident of SaddleBrooke Ranch.  She and her husband, Jes Chase, are from Port Orchard, WA.  Linda's career experience was in the healthcare field where she was a Risk Consultant.  She was previously a member of the Port Orchard Rotary Club.

Linda Howard and John Howard

Linda and her husband, John have been approved by the Board of Directors for membership.  They are new residents of HOA2.  Linda has become active in her Unit, #32.  Her career included 2 phases.  First, she served in the healthcare industry as a nurse.  Her nursing assignments were many.  Later she and John became active in support of Catholic Missions abroad as leaders in St. Basil's Coffee a 501c3 charity.  John currently serves as President and Board Member and Linda serves as a member of the Board.

John is a graduate of West Point.  Following his military service he worked in the oil service industry.  Both retired and moved from Houston.  He currently serves on the Leadership Development Committee of HOA2.

Please take the time to meet and welcome Linda, Linda, and John at the next opportunity.

We have three other persons who have contacted us and will be visiting in the next weeks.  The articles in our SaddleBrooke papers continue to bring interest in our Club.

We have a lot to offer so let’s share the fellowship and good we bring to our Community!
