Good Bye Hugs and Handshakes - Hello Fist Bumps - At Least for Awhile!

As of this moment, we have not heard anything official from Rotary International. However, District 5500 wants us to prepare to use Zoom to communicate in case more precautions are taken. I am a member in other clubs in which the national headquarters have requested that members replace the hugs and handshakes with fist bumps. At last week's Rotary meeting, a number of our members were already beginning to fist bump. It's probably a good idea for all our members to use a fist bump greeting! By the way, it's also a good idea to head to the rest room and wash your hands after you enter the clubhouse and before you head to our meeting! Let's help each other stay healthy!
