From Community Services Chairperson, Bre Zientarski and President, Liese Razzeto

I just wanted to tough base with about the Community Service Project that is moving along quickly.  Kim Schaffer of PACT was very receptive to helping us turn her presentation into a partnership with the Wellness Integration Network and potentially our Rotary Day of Service.

She and Barbara have worked out a date where the program can be shared, October 1, 2021.  Dr. Anderson will be presenting the information.

I also ran the idea by ADG Marc Snow and he will help promote the event with the 5 clubs in his region.  We will ask for members to attend in Rotary Shirts to “work the room” for potential members.

Because of the short time line I have added the following announcement to the club that will go out with tomorrows Zoom invite.  I have also added it to the events calendar that will also go out with tomorrows email.

I am happy to announce the Community Service committee is working on a partnership opportunity with the Wellness Integrated Network of SaddleBrooke.  Our club will be sponsoring an event on October 1, 2021, where we will share the PACT (Preventing Alzheimer's with Cognitive Training) program we saw two weeks ago.  The event will reach 200-250 local residents. Dr. Anderson, director of the program will be the keynote speaker. Look for more information coming soon.  We are going to want to see many Rotary Shirts promoting our club at the event.
