Annual Meeting Night

Annual meeting night is quickly upon us.  This is a wonderful opportunity to look back on our wonderful accomplishments for the year and to recognize President Marie Mayotte for her great leadership.  We will also be inducting President-elect Kim Reagan into her new role as president and inducting our new board leadership team.  

This event will take place on Tuesday, June 26th at The Event Center - Courtyard by Marriott (yes, the same place we conduct our meetings).  Our itinerary for the night will be:

5:30p - Doors open for cocktails/fellowship

6:15 - Dinner

6:45p - Call to Order w/ Pledge/God Bless America/4-Way Test/Invocation 

7:00p - President's Address

            Induction of Kim Reagan

          BOD Induction

          New President's Remarks

          Adjournment by 8:00 PM

The cost for this event is $35 pp and guests are welcome.  If you are able to join us please reply back with your positive response and let me know if you will be bringing a guest or not.  I need to submit a count to the Event Center by Wednesday at noon.
