Student of the Month October 2014

The Rotary Club of Mill Creek honors the Students of the Month for October 2014. Students are selected with consideration of their academic accomplishments, school activities and community service. The October students are particularly recognized for their community outreach. The Henry M Jackson October student of the month is Camilla Mejia who works with disadvantaged students through a program at the Everett YMCA in addition to her activities and studies at school. The Archbishop Murphy High School October student is Ben Adams. He is a scholar athlete and leader. Ben's community outreach is to work with disabled children. He is traveling to Guatemala in November with a Healing the Children audiology team to exam children with hearing disabilities and then fit them with hearing aids.
