Yes once again just like clockwork the annual changing of the guard.( See separate article for detailed listing of the New Board of Directors)
Tuesday night we had a fun gathering at EagleQuest Golf Club with President Ajay Caleb summing up his year at the helm and President Elect John Riley setting the course for 2012-13 Rotary year.
Marianne Brown set up the event with EagleQuest and another change we went from the Buffet Meal to a served meal that everyone enjoyed.
Add a few adult beverages a stirring address by Past District Governor Gary Hollick we had a great mixture of Good information,Good Food and a Fun time..The the Board for 2012-13 were Officially sworn in by District Governor elect Sean Hogan.For those that missed the evening they will have to ask Incoming President John how to turn rocks into diamonds! Judy Holland was presented with a Bouquet for her service to club members checking on them when they missed meetings to ensure all was well.She will be leaving our club this month as she will be moving to Vancouver.Our loss with be Vancouver's gain. We all wish her and Russ all the best in their new posting
