Yes Patty Klassen is 'involved'. Our Club would like to send 4 participants to YAIL. If you know of anyone,

your neighbours, friends or your own young people, please let Patty know,

YAIL (Youth Adventures in Leadership - January 23, 24, 25th, 2015 - Ages 15/17. Registration is open NOW.

I would highly recommend visiting the website: yail.org It is amazing and provides so much information. I am a member of the District Committee. We need 4 participants.

Our Club is also sending 4 young people to RYLA....if you know of anyone, neighbours, friends, your own young people, please let Patty know.

I am a member of the organizing, training and executing Board. First ever summit put together within Rotary International. Hopefully we can do this in all the Rotary Clubs.

This summit is bringing together Rotarians, Rotaractors, YES (Youth Experiencing Service - another program Rotary provides for service in Guatemala / building ranges for poor people), community center, and will also be lead and facilitated by RYLArians; Interactors and Exchange Students participation. A dream of mine coming true!!! lots of work, but so rewarding. Hopefully one day, it will include the children from Children's Camp be a part of it... when Port Moody does it...maybe???
