Sometimes it is just 'fun' having a meeting with no speaker......AND today was one of those meetings. Lots of great information and good fun.

We got the total for SFPP and Kudos were given to Peter and to 'all' the people who worked on the SFPP. Great work EVERYONE !!!!

President Alan told us that this year we have contributed almost $14,000.00 to RI, which is a RECORD for our Club.....over the 16 years we have contributed over $140 K and when we get our Grants, all of that money is being returned to OUR community to help make it a better place to live.

We also received great news today......The Rib Fest is going well, all the committee heads are doing their jobs and we just need to get our Rotarians that haven't signed up yet to do so. Also please encourage your friends and neighbours to help us out that weekend as well. BUT the other great news is that Ian and Trish have decided to stay in Port Moody and NOT move to Calgary. We are all so thrilled.....!!!!! GREAT GREAT NEWS !!!
