.......The group was drawn by Patty Klassen's speech on "Making Choices - taking the best of every situation, especially when facing challenges".

Our Rylarian University students, Camilla, Jordan, Chantelle, Rasmeet and Tirath gave an energetic and inspiring account of their experiences at the Ryla Convention held at the Mount Baker Christian Bible Camp.

All Rylarians found many rewarding experiences during their stay at the camp.  They shared their most inspiring moments with our Club. Jordan and Chantal were honored as facilitators being invited back a second time. Tirath said there was much to be gained from the life experiences shared by the presenters while Camilla really appreciated working on a business plan for the "Wings for Women" project..  Rasmeet found inspiration from others and learned that "In order to be a leader, you don't have to be loud, you just have to be empathetic".

The group was drawn by Patty Klassen's speech on "Making Choices - taking the best of every situation, especially when facing challenges".

All in all, the group found their experience to be both emotional and personal.  They know that a real leader works from the heart and can show vulnerabilities at times and has the courage to stand up.

Rylarians, you are great leaders!!!
