Gayle's escapades:
We have beautiful sunshine and a wonderful view if the Adriatic Sea from our balcony of our apartment. we will be here for the next 5 days and are enjoying the peace after spending the first week of our holidays studying the war in Bosnia and Croatia from 1992-1995. We stood on the spot where the First World War started in 1914 in Sarajevo and saw the destruction of the war to the people where there is still a 50% unemployment rate. Our tour guide went to University for 7 years and the only job he can get is being an tour guide. However he said he is one of the lucky ones.

Our plane trip took 2 full days as we had some mechanical problems and the flight was canelled.
We were lucky to get here.
