Rotary: You asked we did it

ImageA Rotary friend of ours, Sharon Dibble,  was going to Eagle Ridge Hospital for therapy on her knee and noticed that there were beautiful pots outside Eagle Ridge Hospital that were not 'planted' and used for ashtrays and for garbage.  She mentioned it to me and in turn I told Rotary and NOW we have a PROJECT..... Joye asked for volunteers and Gayle with the help from her friend volunteered to be the leader.  On Monday, Trudy and I went to Art Knapps, showed them a photo of the pots and said 'we have very little money' but want to make this beautiful and this is the result.  Gayle and her daughter Melissa, came also and this is what was done......such a small project with such a great profile.  Thank you Rotary Club of Port Moody for making our local hospital look beautiful.
