Rotary: Rotary Golf Classic Tournament

I copied this from the Sunrise bulletin, and it is a great reminder of what we as Rotarians should be doing.....Thank you Malcolm

Selling any fundraiser in today's world is not easy, selling a
Golf Tournament is no different. The RC of Coquitlam Sunrise along with the RC of Port Moody should have an advantage over the many other local Golf Tournaments.
We have 60 plus members that are well connected in our local community. Each of us has been hit upon, many times, by various fundraising groups. It’s understood that we, as Rotary, do good things in our commu- nity and it’s expected that we will need to ask for the communities support in return.
Every member, from both clubs, needs to go through their contact list and pull in a favor.
Our friends that have asked us to support their favorite cause, expect that we will at some point need to ask back. If we don’t we are missing
