September started off with a 'bang'. Yes the meeting was once again FANTASTIC..!!!!
We had only one Guest which was our Port Moody Mayor Mike Clay. Always good to have the Mayor at Rotary and remind us that Rotary will be in charge of registration at the Terry Fox Run on September 14th. Remember it starts at Rocky Point Park again this year and to be there at 9:00AM
Birthday wishes were sung to Vida & Trudy and Anniversary wishes for Steve & LaraLee....22 years.
There will be a going away party for Berit on October 9th at Saint St. Grill. Please let Trudy know if you will be attending.
District 5040 is promoting the Eradication of Polio at the Giants game......Oct 3....for only $16.00....$5.00 will go towards Polio. Please let Gayle know if you will be attending.
Our guest speakers this week were PP Al and Ian MacPhail, who spoke about our
1st Annual Rotary Rib Fest, on July 10, 11, & 12, 2015. We will need tons of volunteers and we are sure everyone will step up to the challenge. 
YES we are still doing Search for the Perfect Pint, and we look forward to Jason coming back to lead this amazing Fundraiser.
