Just when you think that we will not top last years donationamount. Bang! We do it! We collected - - $1,251.70 a record!

MANY THANKS TO: THRIFTY FOODS, (Darren Gardner) for the URNS. CUPS and Cookies. St James Wel l for the Hot Chocolate. Starbucks, Port Moody for the many Hot Water refills and more cups.

Of course a night like this is only successful by the willing Rotarian volunteers: Julias Nygra,Trudy Gallant, Jason Davies, Dan Gallant, (who made a quick dash to Costco for more cups.) Jim McGrandles, Steve Witiuk. Al Stjernegaard, who removed and reinstalled the CPR fence and Cleone our Director. SHARE volunteers who helped to set up our tent andDevon Jain from the City of Port Moody who supplied our tables, light and sidewalk extension cord guard.

The weather again was kind the pre-train arrival singing was first class and our own Gene Vickers did a masterfull job as MC. Last but least, Hugh Mitchell was a great Santa Claus.

Once again the Rotary Club of Port Moody came up spades. Through our efforts we can feel proud that a few families will have a better Christmas than they maybe hoped for?
