Rotarians move 'on'

It is with a very sad face I tell you that PP Ron Baker has resigned from our Club. Ron has been a very important part of the

Rotary Club of Port Moody for the past 7 1/2 years, having served on the Board for many years.

Ron is a Past President of our Club, and past Treasurer [ which made him 'smile daily !!!!]. The Search for the Perfect Pint was one of the many committees Ron served, and one most significant to our Community was the Generous Hearts Food Drive that Ron was instrumental in starting! .

We will miss him VERY much.

Ron said: "I will be relocating to the Nanaimo area and I intend to attempt to find a Rotary club there that can hold a candle to

Rotary Club of Port Moody". and that just shows you how 'he' felt about OUR club.

We will miss you Ron, but like I said.....you are only a 'ferry away'...
