Presidents Message

I'm looking forward to bring a guest day this week, a great opportunity to introduce new people to Rotary.

 We are going to go ahead and participate in the Eat your Heart out Tri-Cities event. Great event,
3 restaurants in one night. A trolley bus will carry us from one location to the next. We are going to use this
evening to present a "Big Cheque" to the Eagle Ridge Hospital Foundation (ERHF). We had already committed
some funds for the Manor, we will now add $2,000 more and present a cheque for $8,000. The press will be invited
so we can communicate the good work of the Rotary Club of Port Moody. This should be a great social event for us to
get together on. Please invite others to join in. This event is on February 18th.

Cost per person for this event is $60, please let me know by the end of the meeting this week if you wish to attend and how
many tickets you want. I'm going to buy the tickets on Wednesday.

Remember, everyone is on the membership committee - who do you know that has the potential for service and friendship?
