PORT MOODY ROTARY RIBFEST 2017

Hi everyone,
 
We are getting closer and closer to the fabulous weekend of
July 21, 22 and 23rd..The Rotary Club of Port Moody's 3rd Annual Ribfest!  It is going to another great, fun filled weekend of great food, music, children's activities and great people..especially our valued volunteers!!
 
We still have volunteer spots available.  Can you help us?  We are now looking for people to help with the Ribs...not the cooking ..just the delivering them to the eagerly awaiting guests!   This is a great service to bar patrons who can order their ribs and pay through our volunteers and have them delivered back to them, so that they never have to leave their spots in either our adult or family bar areas!
 
We need:
  
   Rib Valet Cashiers..are in the Beer Gardens (adults only!) and takes the orders and cash from the customer. (no credit cards or debit cards to manage).  Just print the order to be taken back to the Ribbers. 
   Rib Valet Order Tracker...organizes the printed orders and gets them ready for the Runners take to the Ribber area. 
   Rib Valet Rib Liaison..each Ribber has their own dedicated Liaison..they will be  receiving the printed orders and will deliver them to the Ribbers
   Rib Valet Rib Runners..great job for young people or people who are young at heart and don't mind being on their feet and doing some running!  Take the orders to their Ribber and bring the yummies back once they are ready!  It all depends on these amazing and fast volunteers!
   Rib Valets Order Pick up..this person works inside one of our two Beer Gardens (again, must be 19 years or older) and gives the customer their order once it is delivered back from the Ribbers.
 
There will be a training session for cashiers and order trackers:  
Friday, July 14th at 3 pm. This session will be held in the Administration Office at Pacific Coast Terminals.
