Innervisions came with 9 men and they marshalled, took care of the pedestrian traffic and one of the guys even got lessons on how to be a cop from one of the guys in blue that he was assisting! Billy would be proud.
Karan and Don must have sore arms from directing traffic on the overpass and I have picture proof that Jim McGrandles was there though somehow we kept missing each other. Vida coached the kids coaching on parade candy gathering etiquette and how to keep safe and Trudy like usual smiled and went wherever she could help best.
Dan was at the warehouse first thing setting things up for the container then had the truck there by 9:30 and his eyes went a little large when I handed him the 100 red and white balloons that needed to be blown. The Port Moody Cheerleaders were happy to help. So were Trudy, Gayle, Linda and Gary. The Rotaractors: Kimberley, Chris & Eric came bearing a banner and the "piece de resistance" was a beautiful smiling 
Rasmeet dressed in Vida's incredible period silver costume that lit up. The kids lit up as well as they got the candies from brave Linda, Gayle and the Rotaractors.
