HI Folks,

,WHAT AN EVENING!  We collected $925.50!!

This is not a record but what is, is the fact we served over a 1,000 cups, got through our entire stock of Hot Chocolate      -That's a record!

Thank  you so much to all the Rotarians that made last nights Hot Chocolate donations to Share such a success.

Firstly thanks have to go to our Sponsors:

Thrifty Foods, - Franco Biehl.  For loaning us two coffee urns and supplying 1000 cups.

Saint James Well - Riley  For supplying the Hot Chocolate mix.

Gallaghers, & Starbucks for supplying Hot Water- thanks to Brian, Ghazal

Paricular thanks goes to Ian McPhail for helping to set-up, mixing the Hot Chocolate, serving and most of all taking down the tent and loading it to my car!

Thanks to Gayle and Brian for driving my car to set up the Galleria Station and for servering.

Thanks to Jason, Julia,  for serving and mixing. Thanks to Gaetan who served and helped me load up at the end of the night. Thanks to our Presiden Jon for keeping an eagle eye on the donations and helping me clean up the Urns. Thanks to Ann and Linda who took photo's and gave us all great support.

Thanks to our own Santa, Nick Stebbing. It must of been very warm in that custume!?  You made a fine Santa Claus

A BIG THANK YOU to JIM McGrandles, who paid for two Cabros full of ready- to- go Tim Hortons hot chocolate. With out that donation we would of run out of hot chocolate much, much sooner, than we did! Thanks Jim!

Thanks to Vida and Joye for doing an amazing job of Face Painting, the line up was long, but you both worked with great skill and cheerfull smiles.

Lastly, Thank You to the City of Port Moody -  Devon Jain and Chris Leon

Chris worked so hard in planning this event and the site prepartion, which is going to be a great Template next year!

This event really gets out the Rotary Message, "Service Above Self "

As Julia said so well, it makes us proud to be Rotarians, knowing that  many local families are going to benift  at this special Christmas time.

Thank you all.
