Kick off Port Moody’s centennial year at Rocky Point Park!  Brave the waters or be a supportive cheerleader at the annual Penguin Plunge in Burrard Inlet.  A bonfire, heated tent and hot chocolate are sure to keep everyone toasty warm as they enjoy the musical entertainment or browse through historical photographs and artifacts of Port Moody.  There will be free cupcakes, face painting and magic and don’t forget to join the official Port Moody Centennial photo at the pier that will be included in a centennial time capsule.  Oh, and wear a costume to win prizes for Best Silly Hat, Best Team, and Best Original Costume. Enjoy the first centennial party of the year!
