My Christmas has begun

Well Christmas is now here, as far as I am concerned, and I'm sure it is to the 12 Rotarians & Rosemary & Zack & (Gayle who was there in spirit) who came out today at 10 to cook Chilli for the 52 men of Innervisions. Oh my gosh, what an amazing project. We chopped, cooked, set table served, visited and cleaned What a fun and so very worthwhile morning. We heard the stories of men who are now in the process of making such a difference in their lives ONE DAY AT A TIME.... These men were so very grateful for something as simple as making lunch for them...it makes us all reflect on what life really means. A huge big thank you to Terry from Thrifty's who donated all the food to make this day possible. Thank you, thank you, thank you for caring. If I could ask one more thing.....if you have any spare 'coffee mugs' in your kitchen, can you please bring on Wednesday. Both houses are in need of many kitchen items, but we can certainly start with MUGS..... Merry Christmas Rotary Club of Port Moody, once again YOU ARE AMAZING. Thanks
