Nick has been travelling, travelling and here is just one story:

So we left Fairbanks on Friday. On Wednesday night we took a run out to North Pole. It was closed! We then went downtown and listened to a band concert in the park.
As we drove around we saw the new REI store so on Thursday morning we went by to pick up some new pants. Long story short, we got a new canoe!
We then went to Pioneer park as it was a beautiful day and spent the afternoon wandering around looking at the displays
We left Friday and headed for Denali in the rain. Mount McKinley has been officially renamed Denali. They kept talking about great views of the mountain but we only saw it from Fairbanks!
We stayed overnight at a free rest-stop and then continued to Anchorage
Due to heavy construction we were late getting there and so we found a state park campground south of town called Bird Creek. We stayed the night and then moved to Cooper Landing just west of the cutoff between Seward and Homer.
We have internet here so we can catch up
We went to Seward for the afternoon. A quaint town where the Iditarod starts.
Tomorrow it is off to Homer then back to Anchorage
