Date for Parent /Student meeting suggest Thursday 10th May at 6:30pm at Moody Elementary

Coquitlam Noon club to fund 18 /Port Moody to fund 30 elementary and 2 leadership kids.

The camp will host a Rotary day on the Sunday 8th July. Camp dates are 6th – 13th. July

Criteria is firstly financial hardship but social needs of the children are a big factor, emotional needs are also taken into consideration.

Cost of camp 499.00 per student / Leadership is around 999.00 per student.

If the funds are coming out of any Foundation accounts or funds given as donations are payable to the Camp foundation. Name of this account will be verified and clubs advised.

Dave Duckworth is willing present to the clubs if they wish.

Selection of kids to be no later than end April. Camp to provide applications to schools as soon as possible so we can get the ball rolling.

Isabella to forward the congratulatory letter to Paul so that they can issue their own letter to the selected students. School will copy letters and distribute to the families.
