Meeting: Wednesday August 28

Today Ian McPhail a guest of Gaetan attended as well as Barrie Seaton from the Poco Centennial Club......Barry had great news to share with us.  The TriCities Chamber of Commerce has allowed the Rotary Clubs of TriCities to become a member of the Chamber of Commerce.  This is going to be a 'win-win' for both the Chamber and Rotary Club members.  We can now attend all the Chamber events at the discounted 'member' rate as well as deal with other Chamber members of like mind.  We can go on the Chamber website which is www.tricitieschamber.com....go to 'event's and enter Password of Rotary13.....Thank you Barrie for all the hard work you did for this.

Sept. 12 - Rotary Fall Classic Golf tournament - if you know of any golfers please have them go to our website and sign up....always a great tournament.  We need prizes for our Silent Auction, please give to Scott.

Sept. 18 - Off Site meeting at Riverview......Beata will give directions.  Please make sure you attend this meeting as Beata is going to a lot of work to prepare for this.

Oct. 2 - Off Site meeting at Share

Oct. 5 & 6 - Generous Hearts  & Rotary RIPS program

Nov. 20 -  DG Denis Boyd official visit......please let's have 100% attendance for this meeting

President Jon announced today 'after' Gaetan auditioned for Sgt. at Arms [an did a 'bang up' job], that we will have a 'POSSE' of Sgt. at Arms......
