Meeting Moments

We had a great off site meeting hosted and sponsored by our own Trudy.

The meeting was held at the Manor.

Announcements:

- Any one with tickets to the Perfect Pint, that they do not plan to sell, are asked to return them to Ron (or Jason in Ron's absence).

Presentation:

Trudy and the staff did a wonderful job of presenting the impact Rotary has had on the Manor.
Life to date our club has donated over $150,000 of good and services.

They thanked us for our on going activities that are so important to the guests. Pie day and
reading are very much appreciated.

We were given a presentation of last years donation, last year we donated funds to purchase tablet
computers and install a WIFI network. The tables are used by staff and volunteers to work with guests
of the manor for such things as:

- Skype call with family and friends
- Reading sessions with on digital media (books, newspapers etc)
- Picture and video presentations on the tablet or connect to the big screen
- Games

We presented the BIG Cheque for this years donation toward a specialized bath chair.
