April 29 - Dragon Boat Regatta - need volunteers with Serving it Right - contact Neil
May 5 - 6 pm Search for the Perfect Pint
Alan K - Search for Perfect Pint, need volunteers to hand out small cards at local breweries. Sales numbers continue to rise.
Two ways to hand out postcards during the weekend at Brewers Row:
1. Set up a small table in the foyer at Yellow Dog.
- ask the staff if it is OK
- between 1-3PM - after 3PM it is too busy and no new people coming in
- keep it simple - hand out postcard, mention that there are no tokens for been, price is all inclusive
- If postcards are left over, drop them off at the tables the other breweries.
2. Simple hand out the postcards at all the breweries - drop one for each group of people at a table
- probably best after 3PM - when the breweries are getting busy
No hard sell required - just get postcards into peoples hands. The QR code on the postcard can be scanned - taking them to the SFPP website and tickets.
